Peace cannot be secured entirely by commercial interests, military alliances, general disarmement or mutual treaties, unless the spirit for peace is there in the minds and will of the people. This is a matter of education.
Gifts for Peace Report

This document illustrates the capacity of Scouting to really make an impact in communities worldwide and shares the work accomplished by millions of young people.
